Head Shrunk

I met with my new shrink today. I really liked her and it was a good session — but I felt like I had been gut-punched and just wanted to nap afterward. First session is always rough because you have to bring the doc up to speed on your life in an hour. However, what leads to the right place is never easy.

Life takes guts and stamina and I am pushin’ forward, baby!
